30 minutes endurance, 500g payload. What's available?
Hi all,
Been tasked at work to look at aircraft platforms capable of 30 minute flights with a 500g payload for a VLOS flight-trial.
What is available at the top-end amateur / low-end commercial level? I am aiming to suggest platforms ranging in cost from under £1k, 1-2k and up to £5k.
Both fixed wing or multirotor solutions solutions considered.
Rediculous time-constraints involved here so off-the-shelf is likely to be a priority.
How much do microdrone quad's sell for?

Important factors; temperature/height above sea level, likely wind strengths, portability of airframe. Legality of operation in proposed area of use. Degree of pilot skill available.
