Hi, Please advice me on what to do from here.
I am connecting Mission Planner to IRIS via 3DR radio. Setting at COM3 (given by my PC), 57600 and press CONNECT. Warning message is “No Heartbeats packets received”. I am using Windows 7 OS. In the Windows Device Manager under Ports (COM & LPT), the 3DR radio does not appear as a new “USB Serial Port”. Solid GREEN LED and blinking RED LED are observed on the 3DR radio on the PC side. There is a warning message "USB Serial Converter Failed" in Windows. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
