3dr Radios Not working with HP Windows 8.1 64b

Hi all!

I have been trying to link my 3dr telemetry radios, and have tried all solutions that I have found in the search engine on this site, with no luck.  I have tried the everything I know to do, and am wondering if my computer is the issue.  I have an HP with 8.1w, 64b.  I can connect via USB to pixhawk, but no luck with 3dr radios.  I have tried drivers, signature reset, radio default settings, a different USB cable, and not sure where to turn.  I can't even get it to work with my Samsung Android tablet.......any advice?  This is frustrating to say the least.

    I finally got it working, I threw everything at it from this forum, and it wound up being firmware on one of the radios had been lost, so I flashed it, and all starting working.

        Since then, I have had other issues pop up that I have been able to repair, such as compass

    1. Are both green LEDs solid?
