If I want to use this ; http://www.foxtechfpv.com/400470mhz-frequency-hopping-lrs-for-jr-ra...

Will this tx/rx setup interfere with the 433mhz telemetry radio ?

 900mhz is mobile phone band here.

I would like to know this too, I use a scherrer lrs @433 and the mobile phones are @900 here allso ...

They may interfere, yes. As both use frequency hopping you might find it is OK, but it is a risk. You would want to do extensive ground based testing at the range you need before considering using this combination.

We're currently experimenting with using the 3DR 900 radios at 868MHz. If testing shows that works well then that would be another option for Europe.

Cheers, Tridge

Now that would be great Andrew ! . Let us know when you get your results please. I will hold off buying anything until then.

This might be helpfull for those living in France. I'm not sure if this applies to the whole of Europe. It lists the radio frequencies used ;

Any progress on the 868MHz 3DR radios yet Andrew ?

I loose my phone signal in the lounge room when im playing with my quad, the towers here use 850 and 900, the wireless stuffs up too and i loose internet because of my video TX.

no biggie, it still works outside, I use my phone as a wifi hotspot when flying without probs. as long as the quad is more than 3m away.

Hi Chris,

 What sort of distance have you achieved with the 3DR 900 radio ?   I was thinking other mobile phones in the area might block the 3DR radio signal.
