4215(3507) 650KV Multicopter Brushless Motor and prop help

Ok i have been trying to get a few answer to finish my build and i am coming up completely empty.

I have a

4215(3507) 650KV Multicopter Brushless Motor

and a couple differ size props to test with. I have 30 amp esc and running 2 4s 5000mah batters to make 10000mah.

I cannot figure out what props to run to get a decent run time and a good lift value but still be under the amp and wattage rating. Here is what is said about the motor from vendor.
