FAA seems clear about continuation of the current ban on "permission to operate small UAS for research or compensation or hire purposes".

What's your best guess on the timeframe in which this committee will be assembled and render its recommendations ?

I wouldn't expect to see anything come out of this for another two years.

Yes, this information has been available since the 11th of April over at the RCAPA Reporter in the Breaking News area. Thanks for making others aware of this important information too....
