I have Turnigy G10 810kv outrunners. Should I set them to 8khz or 16khz.

16khz apparently generates more RF interference and heat but is more efficient.

and vice versa for the 8khz setting.

Any1 have some advice for me?

Thanks

16khz PWM will get you quieter, smoother running motors. Also response will be smoother.

If you mount the ESCs away from each other and away from power wires, it should reduce any RF noise issues. I run 16khz on my hk escs and have no issues.
