AC2 PID Tuning

How does the PID tuning work? How much do I increase/decrease each time and are the changes reflected in real-time or do I need to click on "Write Params" for them to take effect?

Been through it a couple of times yes, but no mention is made of how much to change at a time or how to apply them...

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
