AD1 drone falls

I bought a AD1 drone and every time I fly it it just falls out of the sky.  I am at wits end and do not know what else I could do or buy or check.  New battery charged fully, Help.  I have send the drone back to where I bought it 3 times but do not seem to get any help there.  What can I do?

      Yes,frsky taranis 9xd with x8r receiver.

      Good combination.

            English asseblief mense ;-) I am just down the road in Rosetta Phillip and might even be at a fly in at the Waffle hut in the morning (family permitting) If you are this way give me a shout and I can have a look.

                Did about 4 testflights today,everything is ok again.

                One of my problems seems to be faulty battery,voltage went up and down.Voltage alarm went of for few seconds,then stop again for about a min.

    What is an AD 1 drone? Never heard of it. Sounds like a refund is on order. What flight controller does it use.
