Any help?

You have the latest apm software ?? And you did your setup with this latest ??

I have one time upload firmware with ardu and did setup with apm , but not compatible and so i haved the same effect you described

I think so

When I have a violent unexplained problem I try to re-load code using the Arduino 22, resetting all values and recalibrate.  You left little info on your setup, but it is always possible that after an upgrade that bad values are left in Eeprom.  All my problems like this are resolved in this way.

Next time try it on soft grass. :}

maybe.. I have $50 in parts to get to try - try again.....
