APM Plane Servo update Frequency

Hello,

I just built a Zeta FX-61 Phatom and am running digital  servos that operate at 250hz update frequency, however, I can not seem to figure out how to set this parameter in Mission planner.

Can someone please help me with this?

    Also,

    How do you set subtrims fo the servo's? I want to set my servo horns at 90 degree's with sub trims, but, it seems sub trims only work when in FBWA or Auto pilot. In manual mode the subtrims do not do anything.

    Am I supposed to just set them in my Tx?

    Also, 

    How do you load presets? I see there is a preset for my wing, can't find the parameter to load them though.

    And Finally, how do you do Elevon mixing for a flying wing in APM:Plane? Or do I have to do it in my radio?
