APM1 can't find home

When I load way points and launch it will work just fine till It rtl. I can see the home point but the orange line points somewhere else and it just flys in that direction. Also if I restart the mission in manual it will do the same thing. It Will fly to never never land. Any ideas?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
