APM1 did not react to failsafe

Does anyone knows what happened?

My theory is that, as the camera went to the middle the receiver did go to failsafe mode, but APM1 did not react to this.

What could be the reason?

I have to find out somehow, because i will lose my plane for sure this way..... :(

Any idea could help!

Contests

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
