Permalink Reply by Alex on May 5, 2011 at 10:11am This is a good explination for the escs. But look at the ABC LEDs. For an instance they work and the escs behave normal, after several seconds the LEDs stop working (no flashing , no...nothing) and esc go in program mode.
If the throttle was in the reverse position (max pasition for programming mode) the escs should enter directly in programming mode and not sing the songs.
The problem is that the board somethimes works, but without any obvious reason the ABC LEDs stop flashing, working.
I don't know waht could be the cause.

Have you tried powering it with a source other than USB yet? What is the result?
After it "dies" can you power it with another source and it will work right away?
Permalink Reply by Alex on May 5, 2011 at 10:27am when it's working it's working for an hour or so.
When it dies , it doesn't matter if i unplug the current power suply and plug another one , it won't start.
I must let it to "rest" for some time ,try again and there are a lot of chanches to start up.
Here are some captures:

Hy guys,
I have another problem, my ardu "package" stops working.
I tried to connect with usb cable and first time it worked but suddenly it disconnected from arducopter configurator. When i've tried to reconnect nothing happened(the 3 LEDs stop working/flashing).
If i let it to "rest" for an hour and connect via usb cable it's working , but after couple of minutes it dies.
Sunday it flies my hexa for the first time so it worked.
No software uploaded neither hardware intervention.
Where could be the problem ?
(i've changed the usb cable, tried on my laptop, desktop same result).
