Has anyone made a hull for their arducopter hull before? kind of like the ardrone? I was thinking of making one out of lightweight foam and/or fiberglass.

Not yet, I am in the process of making a vacuum table so that I will be able to form bodies for my Quads, Crawlers and airplanes.
Lexan is easy to work with IMHO.
