Hey Guys,
I just did my first flight test and my arducopter keeps spinning like crazy after lift off, also it moves in a particular direction. Could anyone please guide me ASAP, I have to get this thing stable within today cause I have a deadline for tomorrow to demonstrate my research project.
Thanks,
Kunal

Permalink Reply by DaveyWaveyBunsenBurner on December 3, 2011 at 12:53pm I did hav same problem. At the beginning with Arducopter I strongly recommend Mission Planner. Dont forget to Level at the end.
Main problems can be:
1) distribution board - correct motor signal cable conection - dont forget that some photos of distribution board are "up side down" there, so solder cables in right direction and assemble the distribution board "up side up" - this was my issue No1
2) distribution board - same forward orientation exactly as the APM board
3) right propeller rotation
5) Arducopter "Level" in Mission Planner - see chapter: 5)
Good luck for the deadline!
