Hello

When writing waypoints to arducopter, using mission planner 1.1.48, it appears that they are not being stored. Waypoints written appear to be correctly saved when viewing wp test in the terminal tab. If I disconnect arducopter then reconnect, these waypoints are lost apart from the home lat/long. Viewing the test wp after reconnection indicates anywhere from 8-100 stored waypoints all with blank commands, apart from the first.  

I am operating arducopter in HIL, but I don’t think this should cause any problems.
