Since this code is an unofficial branch of the official code you will find much more anwsers in the thread Knuckles904 pointed to you.
This code apparently has GPS and Magnetometer working but it is not supported by DIY Drones....
A lot of people there will be able to support you.

Have fun!
Thank you. I am trying to get the "mode" switch working but everything else works but that in the transmitter setup page. I can't remember where I saw the setting for the Tx Rocker or switch to program for it to be recognized.
Hey aaron, i have an off topic question for you about this picture . It looks like a very clean setup. You did the same thing as me, except I had to use a protoboard to mount everything. Looking at your wires tho, how are you powering your magneto? I dont see 3.3v coming in anywhere
Thanks for pointing that out! Lol.. I have been waiting for my parts to arrive from mouser to connect the 3.3v in a clean fashion. I am using small friction plug to connect it. Since I did not have them, I forgot to incorporate that 3.3v source... lol, thanks again for reminding me about something I needed to do :)
I really like your setup. Would you recommend the MK frame? Also, what I did for the 3.3v source is take directly from the oilpan 3.3v source. Its the hole to the right of the four black dip switches.
I personally do NOT like the Mk frame due to a small surface area to mount items and also in my case, no landing gear. If there were more tiers, this frame might change my mind.

As far as the 3.3v source, that is where I grabbed mine from, the thruhole by the dip switches. I am in the process of finding a SMD connector that mounts on the 2 little pads beside the thruhole. :)
