Arduino IDE makes a trouble

I use ArduPilot-Arduino-1.0.3-windows and APM2.8.

As you see,when I uploads the source codes to APM,it says done compiling and done uploading but makes an error:C:\ArduPilot-Arduino-1.0.3-windows\hardware/tools/avr/etc/avrdude.conf:313: programmer type must be written as "id_type".And I uses Misson Planner to upload successfully.
