I have Ardupilot 2.5 with hex firmware. How can I change parameter for the motor round. The drone do not takeoff and I think it doesn't take the appropriate power to take off!! I am using LIPO 11.1V 3000mAh. Can you give any alternative.

this almost always is either the motors are not wired correctly or your props are on wrong.
Starting front left and going clockwise [motor 1] it should be wired 3/5/1/4/6/2 and right/left/right/left/right/left and the letters on the props should be facing up.
