The schematics and board-layout are available now :) Assembled the board without remaining questions, and ready to give it a new home in a Twinstar :)

I ordered this board as the economic option before the version with the 3.3v regulator was available. I want to solder on the 3.3v regulator now. I'm looking at the schematic... I need to add C4, C5, and U3. What part should I use for U3? I don't see a part number? Thanks!

hi All,

I am just clicking together my first order @ the DIYdrones store, planning to build my firest Ardupilot on EZ* platform.
Ive read lots op post here on the forum and RCG as wel, so I am fully confidiend in getting it up&flying in no-time, also with al the good support you guys all bring into the community!

My question is: planning to order the V2 shield (http://store.diydrones.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=BR%2D0002...) is this board INCLUDING the pressure sensor?

Yes, it includes the pressure sensor.

anyone having troubles getting signal lock with this shield, cant seem to get it. im useing the em406 useally locks on greeat

You have to download the newest V2.4 firmware.

What are the limitations of the V1 shield I have v.s. the new V2 shield ?

Michel,

I have just bought the Ardupliot board, the v2 shield and a em406 GPS. I wanted to use the 2.1 ardupilot code as I do not have a z-sensor (I have the x-y sensors from my FMA CPD4). Can I use the v2 shield with the 2.1 ardupilot code or can I alter the 2.4 ardupilot code to just use the x-y sensors and do the 'tail-up' field calibration?

Can I get the eagle files for this. I've asked a few times in a couple of different places ... Is there any issue in posting the eagle schematic and layout? How about the footprint for the pressure sensor?

We don't distribute Eagle files, I'm afraid.
