Asymmetrical Thrust Twin Engines Airplane

I have two identical pairs of ESC & brushless motor combinations. But both of these motors have different speed (Asymmetrical Thrust). How do I fix this?

I use AeroStar Advance 120A ESC Opto and i have ardupilot.
And for now, i use for manual mode flight
