Australian Video transmission

Has anyone is Australia looked into what is needed to get the video live transmission operational?

Mainly in the broadcast regulations etc. I have a couple of cameras that have live video streaming in mind but if it's going to be red tape city then I'll look into just recording on to SD card..

Also I guess anyone know of any shops that sell the kit? I can't find anything here in Aus.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
