Building a Autonomous Quadcopter drone

Dear All,

I m very much interested in drones and i am planning to do a Autonomous Quadcopter drone which can lift 10 kg of payload with a flight time of 45 mins. 

I want to know a complete list of requirements

1. What is the best frame?

2. What is the best motor with good thrust

3. What is the suitable Propeller?

4. What is the filght controller suitable for Autonomous flight?

5. What is the Processing unit to process the data like RasberryPI?

6. What is the best GPS system for auto navigation?

7. Suitable battery?

8. Ultrasound for landing

9. Obstacle & Collision detection system

    what are you truing to accomplish with this copter ? besides 10kg what is the proximate size copter your looking for ?
