Can I use the optic flow sensor simultaneously with the sonar?

I have a sonar installed and I see in the optic flow sensor instructions that it takes 5v from the same pin as the sonar does, would it be OK to have both sensors connected and working?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
