can someone consult me?

i need to build longrange FPV. It's a volunteer project and i'm looking for and expert in this area.
I'm going to use RV Jet as a plane. But I do not know anything about FPV.
Requirements: Range 20km. 30x zoom. 3 hours of fly (if its possible to have 4 that would be perfect) and platform to use on the ground.
P.S.: I would be happy to pay for consulting.

    This plane will be used to monitor territory and record on video.

    X8 wing, PIXHAWK PX4 Flight Controller , RangeLink set. 

    Will this configuration be ok?

    What high resolution  camera with zoom to add there?

    What is possible to build if i reduce time to 1 hour 30 minutes?

    If i turn off fpv till i get to the target place using auto pilot will that save battery time?

      FPV uses no significant power, that would be of little use. 1.5 hours is certainly attainable. You should consider Li-Ion cells.

    I've done over 3 hour missions with a 3 meter electric plane. It's not that hard if you know what you're doing.

    You will definitely not need a gas engine for that. You can contact me if you would like more information.

      I would also like to know the details of that airframe. 3 hours with full payload of gimbal and camera, video tx, ??

      yes, but I doubt he is asking for a big glider and good weather thermics.

      He sounds like he need 1kg payload and will operate for 3hr regardless of perfect weather, the choice of RVjet can indicate that he wants to cover bigger areas.

        No thermals needed for that kind of endurance. 3 hours really isn't a big deal.

    Forget 3 Hrs, no configuration of an RVJET will ever reach even 1.5h , it's not effective enough for that.

    For 30x zoom to have any meaning, you need good stabilization, brushless - that alone will be bigger than an small rvjet can take.

    You need to start looking for commercial 3+ meter wingspan airframes, and fuel/gas power if you want to get even close to 3hr.
