Can't download logs

I'm trying to download the logs from my ArduCopter with APM1 and ArduCopter 2.0.55. I'm following the directions in http://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/AC2_Logs , but the log dialog in Mission Planner shows no logs.

If I enter "logs" in CLI, nothing happens. I don't even get into the logs menu.

What's wrong?

2.0.55 had a new logging scheme that had some issues. Doug straightened it out in 2.1.

At least I am getting logs reliably now. The new change allows users to only erase logs once, then they automatically restart when full.

Now the "logs" command in CLI just hangs.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
