Can't Extract Waypoints Using Mission planner 1.2.55,1.2.56,1.2.57,1.2.58,1.2.59 or 1.2.60

I've tried to extract Waypoints from this tlog several times using MP v1.2.55 and 1.2.56, each time it reports that is was successful and has saved the file in the logs directory. When I check for the file nothing is there.

Anyone have any ideas or an explanation?

    Nathanial, can you please post your tlog so we can test it and try to reproduce the problem.

    Updated the Mission Planner to 1.2.57, still no luck same result. Anyone know where I can report an issue specifically with the Mission Planner? As opposed to reporting it in the Arduplane issue tracker.
