Canon 5DS roll gimbal issues

I know this is a drones forum, I have drones but this is for my full sized aircraft. I built a roll gimbal to do aerial mapping for projects like pipelines, rivers, roads etc.

Aircraft - Pipistrel Virus SW

Gimbal controller - Phobotic Centrepiece HV.

Motor - BGM 5208-200

Camera - Canon 5ds - Sigma 50mm

The gimbal works great when it's not in the airplane, but once then engine starts it looses it's position and cannot calibrate to get back to zero.  Can someone please advise on what to do next? Is there any amazing vibration isolators I can mount this on that someone knows of? Or is there something I can do mechanically or software wise that can solve my problem. There is just too much vibration for the gimbal to handle.

One idea that just came to me is to support the other end of the camera as it is fairly heavy on the one end mounted to the motor.

Here is a link to the video of it in action. https://vimeo.com/189050434

Thanks Everyone!
