I went to use the CLI for APM prior to a flight yesterday and I cant get it it to respond to any commands. The CLI opening screen will display correctly, but when I enter a command i get no response. I have tried in both the mission planner, and serial monitor in Arduino, Yes I did have carrage return set and baud rate set correctly. I have tried reloading the code to APM but still have not rectified the problem, Not sure what could have changed to cause the problem.

Anybody got any ideas?

Cheers

That was a bug in a previous release of the code., which has now been fixed. Please download it again and replace your current files. (The bug fix is in the libraries, so replace them, too)
Chris, I just downloaded the featured zip (from 40hrs ago) extracted, and replaced libraries from within the zip, but still has the same cli issue.
Try a different browser. Yours may be caching the old file because it has the same filename.
I have the same issue with the newly downloaded APM. (My last one was over 2 weeks old and CLI was working fine.)
I have tried the latest code, and have tried it again in another browser, but I am still getting the same issue.
Hmm. I may have uploaded an old version by mistake this week. Let me check it today...stay tuned.
Updated. Please download it again and try (again, make sure it hasn't cached an old file)
Chris,
I am having the same problem as Paul even after deleting the ArduPilotMega folder then downloading the latest .zip file.
I think this is because Google Code or browsers are cacheing the old file, because I used the same file name. I've now changed the file name. See if this one works.
1.01 is working for me now.
The CLI is working for me now too.
Thanks for all the good work!
1.01 also working for me, thanks for the update, I can fly again now :)
