I´m doing a UAV project with AR drone quadcopter. I´m using lsm303dlh magnetometer but i´m having problems when quadcopter starts to fly. I think engines magnetic field affect to my magnetometer, and i dont know how i can solve it. Anybody knows a solution?

Try moving the magnetometer away from the motors or any wires carrying the main voltage to the board..?
