Are you selling the whole thing togather? Or is it possible to buy only the autopilot system(ArduPilot, GPS,FMA sensors, FTDI cable)?

How much you asking for the whole package?
If you are willing to part out how much would you want for these items?
Ardupilot + Shield, YX FMA + Complete FMA system, and the Sparkfun FTDI cabel + Official Ardupilot FTDI Cable

What kind of foam is the airframe? Also is the SET file tuned to the aircraft?

The foam is Strong EPO and no the AP is not tuned.
