I keep trying to connect my Quanum Nova to Mission Planner and all I get is a "Connection timed out/no mavlink connection found"! I have tried connecting thru the bottom of the Nova, and directly to the FC to my laptop and same message! Tell the newbie, is my FC defective or is it the attempted operator?

An Update!
Still no connection but the FC does have some programing as I was idling the quad on the bed and flipped one of the flight programming switches and barely caught the quad before it hit the ceiling and was like holding an angry bird until I could flip switch back! LOL So until information on my original question I will just fly for fun and light photography!
