Cyclic elevator input causes rudder twitch in ground tests

Hi all,

I recently noticed that moving the elevator stick position to check swash movement causes the tail servo to twitch? I thought that this relationship was fair enough - there must be a feed forward controller somewhere which is pre-empting the additional torque the head is going to produce and adjusting the tail servo accordingly...

The strange thing is that the aileron stick and collective have no effect on the tail servo? How come? The collective is where I would really expect to see this behavior. I can understand cyclic increasing drag as well but then why only in response to the elevator and not aileron?

I should add that in the air, the tail always feels nicely locked and I only witnessed the observation above on the ground while armed before spooling up. Just couldn't get my head around what I was seeing?

Any thoughts?
