Is it possible to make delay between waypoints?

I need this for my ArduRover mission. I saw screenshot with delay column in flight plan (attachment - http://plane.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-planning-a-mission-with-waypoints-and-events/) but in my version (newest one) of mission planner there are no delay column/option.

I also have noticed that there is no delay for a rover waypoint.... or is there a not-too-obvious trick.
