Ardupilot 2.7
Not sure, will check when I get home, I think it is ConfigTool.zip - Ardupilot Config Tool
relative (it says Over Terrain)
Permalink Reply by Curt morehouse on May 24, 2011 at 12:34pm I have the IMU.
I thought the altitude reading came from the GPS, not the IMU.
I'm confused when you say "get up on a roof or out in the middle of a large field".
I'm guessing you say to get on the roof to see if the altitude changes appropriately.
What is the large field for?
Or am I totally missing the direction of your help? (Which I appreciate greatly!)

Permalink Reply by Curt morehouse on May 24, 2011 at 1:57pm Ok, so I will change the config to DEBUG the IMU as specified here ... http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot/wiki/IMU
but besides values that change as i move the plane on the 3 axis's, what should i look for? should the values be a specific number at a certain angle of attack?

Permalink Reply by Curt morehouse on May 24, 2011 at 5:48pm have not had a chance to test fly yet, but i found that i did have the rudder and elevator channels switched on the input and output, so the radio controls were still accurate, but auto pilot was not reacting correctly.
will post results after wind calms down and i test fly.
thanks!
