does NEGATIVE declination = "-"

NEGATIVE declination means I have to put '-' sign before the degree.minutes number

my numbers are

Latitude: 40° 1' 11" N

Longitude: 75° 18' 18" W

Magnetic declination: 12° 9' WEST

Declination is NEGATIVE

Inclination: 66° 45'

Magnetic field strength: 52207.6 nT

thanks in advance and i appolgize if it was posted elsewhere i waded through 15 pages of search results to no avail,

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
