Droidplaner 2

   I have a new IRIS+ and downloaded Droidplaner2 on my samsung galaxy. At the field there is no wifi.

How do you get a map into droidplaner 2.  I am new to Droidplaner and would appreciate any help.

    ..and choose maps offline in settings, work for me too

    First put Google Earth on your tablet. In DP settings set to use Google Maps and Sat view.
    Before you go to the field (at home) scroll to your field or where you are going to fly with DP.
    your tablet must have GPS and a good lock. When you get a GPS lock a your field the map should popup.
    Works for me.............
