Drone Deploy pseudo NDVI

Hi all,

It seems that with Drone Deploy and the Phantom Vision + you can get a pseudo ndvi image. However I thought that a camera needed to be modified or have a filter attached to get an NDVI image. Does anyone know whether you can get an NDVI image from the Phantom Vision and whether it's any good compared to an image taken from a modified camera?

    Check out NGRDI here at publiclab.

    Pseudo NDVI sounds pretty accurate. In my experience, the barrel distortion further skews the simulated results from the RGB.

        No problem...if you get good results, take a screenshot of your ImageJ settings. I only fiddled with it for about 20 minutes since I'm setting up for NIR anyways. I'm curious.
