Has anyone put the xbee board that attaches to the pc in a case? I have a few but they are bigger thsn I would like.

Yep, I found a nice little enclosure at Radio Shack/Circuit City.  It's about twice as big as it needed to be, but that's fine. I mounted the board by drilling a hole in the side for the antenna coupling.  There is a nut and washer included to clamp it down.  I attached a USB cable which is basically permanent.  I glued it into the case, so that it doesn't strain the Xbee socket.  The wire exits a second hole.  So now I have a little black box with an antenna sticking out one end, and a USB connector coming out the other side.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
