I would like to build a model airplane out of EPO foam. Once I have a design on CAD, what do I do? I'm not sure what the build process is like.
Thanks

You make a mould and pour it, very expensive is the answer! Unless you are making hundreds to sell that is.

The other way is cutting EPP using a hot wire bow, not as sexy but much cheaper!
What material does the mold need to be in? Where do I buy the EPO foam to pour into this mold?
I second that question. I'm totally ok with making molds, but where do we get info on the foam to inject into it?

Thanks,
Tim
Has this been answered yet? I'm looking into it too.
