F450 with APM2.8 hard to Fly crashes alot

Hello everyone.

Im new to the quadcopter rc flying and i have build my own quad from ebay. 

here are my specs

2212 920KV Brushless Motor

10/4.5 Carbonfiber propellers (i have balnsed them al)

F450 frame

HobbyFans Brushless Motor speed controller 30A ESC

APM2.8 Flight Controller

Ublox NEO-6M GPS

I cant get it to fly any good at al.

I have done the auto trim but i cant do the auto tune. So therefor i needed to do the Tune myslef manualy.

Have just done it in hand with the Tune on one axis at the time from my Radio.

So it flys stable so far. But when i do a fast movement in any diractions and relice the stick so it centers it self the quad just flipps over. It will not stabilze it self. 

This also accure in flight for example when i fly fast forward and try to stop it will start wobble side to side and then flipps over and crashes.

Is this al do the the PID settings?

Why cant i auto tune in air ?

Lucky for me i have 3D printer so al the crashes are not that expencive. but i dont want to mount my GoPro under it before it flys perfect.

  • hello, i build my first diy quad, and my spec to yours almost the same, just without the ublox gps, mine is 
    f450 frame
    Lipo 2200 battery
    APM2.8 board
    SimonK ESC 30A
    Sunnysky Angel Series A2212-13 980kv
    1045 propeller

    i have done everything, and already go through almost all thread title "wont lift"

    but still, i have no fckin idea what should i do so that my quad would fly normally.. it only fly around 3cm even with full throttle, thr_max already 1000, and yet, still no good result.

    what should i do?
