Based on ecalc this thing should not fly. Motors too fast and battery too small for weight of copter.
So how do you explain it flying? Cause it does fly. Im going to change over to bigger motors (600kv-700kv) also with 12" props in the near future.
Based on ecalc I found that using 800kv and running two 5100 3s batteries seems to hit the sweet spot. should get air time around 15 minutes compared to your 5 minutes.
Have not built the copter yet but you may find this helpful.
