Hello Everyone,
i have implemented a rolling switch for the following flight modes in my RC.
Currently, i have the following modes set:
Stab
Alt-H
Loiter
Pos-H
My remote also generates just the right signals, but the APM shows me Stabilize, even the display says e.g. Loiter.
Anyone got an idea what is wrong here ?
I attach a picture to show the inconsistency between the settings and the actual flight mode set.
Even the PWM is in the right range and this mode is set to Loiter (1361-1490: actual value 1431), the current mode actually says stabilize everywhere, even i would expect Loiter.
Is this a software bug ?
Cheers
Florian

Permalink Reply by Florian G on April 29, 2012 at 1:15pm Hello ! Does not anybody know what this could be ?
If the other flight modes do not work, i think this could be a quite important software bug.
Has anyone experienced the same, not to be able to change modes outside stabilize or alt-h ?
Cheers

Permalink Reply by Florian G on May 1, 2012 at 3:43pm Ok - i can confirm once the APM has GPS lock and it potentially hovering, it is possible to switch flight modes. - Unfortunately, i have now the next issue with the Position hold always tilting to one side.. - http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/position-hold-mode-moving-aircraf...
Slowly, i am working my way through the APM..
