They also have the 5V version but that won't work. You can get a USB cable from the DIYstore that has the FTDI chip built in so you can use it to power the board at 5V and transfer serial info to the TX/RX pins at 3.3v level.

Both can work with a bit of fiddling, but neither are as good as the basic FTDI cable that Oliver mentions.

yes, that looks right. To add links you need to highlight some text that the link will refer to.

Chris where can I find instructions how to load the code onto an ardustation using the FTDI cable? Also an instruction page how to program it an set it up?

Chris I read the how to build it which I can see on that link . but unless I'm looking in the wrong place that all there is in the wiki and I cant find anywhere on that site how to load the code and how to use  the program etc.
