Hi,
Sorry for my bad english. I just received my 3DR Radio telemetry kit. The ground device is not the normal device with usb connector witch was not avalaible from 3DR. They sent me 2 identical devices, and for the ground a usb cable to connect it.
When I make the test, I load the settings and I get the good results. Version is 1.5 for local and remote, baud rate is 57k for both. The leds are solid for both, the red led is with no color on the local, and solid on the remote.
The message I get when I try to connect is:
No Heatbeat Packets Received
The baud rate of the COM port is set to 57k on Windows, and the GPS is locked.
What can I do ?

The pluging was correct. I just downloaded the very last version of the APM Planner (version 1.1.79), and now it works perfectly.
Best regards,
Gérard
Permalink Reply by Wesley Chuen on May 4, 2012 at 4:05pm I've noticed that the telemetry unit sometimes won't connect when you first plug in the power. Try to hit the reset button on the APM2 if it won't connect in the future.
