Basically, I'm looking for a way to display IR ground temperature data I'm logging with my arducopter.

I was thinking of displaying it as an extruded path with KML, in the same manner that the mission planner KML creator displays flight path. Instead of line height being the actual quad GPS height, however, it would be proportional to the temperature data collected, with the X/Y still being mapped with the flight path.
