GPS Waypointing Algorithms

I'm working on an autopilot system, and I can't find anything online about the basics of waypointing. I tried a link to Jordi's Google Sites page, but it's been taken down.
Does anyone have information on this?

Contests

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
