Hi, we are small research group and have a quadcopter from DIYdrones. We would like to experiment on automated landing algorithms. An important thing is that our arducopter will carry a small PC for vision and AI processing.
I would like to write a very small routine: where the quadcopter is controlled/landed by a human using RC, and I would like to record values of servos, sensors into a text file via USB.
The problem is there arducopter software installed on the quad sends loads of initial messages, and I can't find a documentation what it is sending, why, when. Can I stop this messages, by sending a message.
Or should I remove arducopter loop and install my own loop. But then I cant have the radio remote control listener.
Is there any a simple application CODE which simply communicates with arducopter to retrieve sensor values, which maintains the radio.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.314 members
