I need someone to tell me what else I need to complete a project I have started. I can link you to a video of what I have so far but every time I start I find out i need something else or what I have doesn't work together. I have talked to several people about sending them what I have and paying them to set it up for me, but they want me to buy there products. (Only flying machines) I also own a X8 that has never flown with auto pilot, RTH, FPV its loaded, just need honest answers and help.

To start with:
You are in a community that would achive the goal using Arduplane. I don't think many of us would play with Panda (or learn other controllers).
You should specify the area/shipping range you would be willing to cover, as I doubt you would ship it to Norway to get it done. :)
Finally, you should tell what price range you are at, lost of hobbyists could "throw it together" as it is, with too many connectors, adapters, too long wires and loose parts, testfly it maybe , just barely and leave it to you to properly tune it and fly.
More professional builders would make nice wireing job, custom cable lenghts, proper mounting of each part, and do a lot of flying, testing, and tuning - that costs time, and much more time.
